Watermelon Eating Time
This is an exaWatermelon Eating Time (WET) is a gaming group that began in California’s central valley in 2009. Created by a group of middle school friends, it was used primarily for clan tags and squad names due to the concise and humorous abbreviation. For 11 years, casual use continued until mid-2020, when the decision was made to branch out. Watermelon Eating Time (WET) Esports was created. By 2021, over 50 people were a part of WET Esports, mainly competing in Indy Gaming League’s Rocket League championships.
